Only ActiveFedora.fedora.connection or similar should call init_base_path

@jcoyne Looks like it has been fixed? In IRB, with no Fedora running:

> require 'active_fedora'
 => true 
> ActiveFedora.fedora.user
 => "fedoraAdmin"
