current jid-writer usage for --in is listed as:

--in arg Input file path (or stdin if none is specified)

This should be updated to indicate file path is for MJC input, and file directory is for J2C input

--in arg Input file path (for MJ2C), Input file directory (for J2C) or (stdin if none is specified)
