Major tidy up of the repository and the website

Major tidy up of the repository and the website:

1. I've removed all unnecessary links to nf-co.re . It's now only linked to specific documentation and pages that are relevant
2. The "join" button and messages are now "connect to" and link to our social media platforms
3. I've made me the default assignee of all tickets, rather than Priyanka
4. I've removed the "rich-codex" integration which was used to generate screenshots of the nf-core CLI for the docs pages
5. I've removed (almost) all the images and assets that are not used. I've kept a few like Singularity or BioConda that we could probably add back to some new Markdown files in the future
6. I'm now embedding our team page into the main "about sanger-tol"
7. I've removed the bytesize events because they were organised by nf-core. I've attended several presentations we've given, and the upcoming 2024 events
8. I've turned the absolute links to relative ones, so that they work nicely on the dev and prod website independently
9. I wanted to add all DToL partners, did ENA, and realised it was very tedious, so stopped there :)
10. Spell check
11. Merged "projects" and "tools" under "resources", which will at some point include pages about the assembly processes
12. Imported some content from the wikis https://github.com/sanger-tol/nf-core-modules/wiki and https://github.com/sanger-tol/nf-core-pipeline/wiki

All deployed at http://pipelines.tol-dev.sanger.ac.uk/

I'll do another round of tidying up the events. I found a few on nf-co.re that I could import. I also want to review their categorisation (talk, tutorial, etc)
