About the detection time

Is the pva9.1 faster than zf-faster-rcnn? If faster,how much.
Is the pva9.1 faster than the version of pva9.1 compression? If faster,how much.

my test code is the above according to offical code, but the detection time is more than 31.9ms(plubic in the paper). My GPU is Titan X
