Clock Generator and RTC Clock time

I built my own sanni cart reader for n64 cartridge and controller only.(serial monitor).

I built it with the RTC (DS3231MZ), but when I’m trying to GETTIME, it show me nothing.
I know this is finally not needed, but is it supposed to work anyway? How do you set it to work and that I can read my RTC clock time.

Exept these not needed feature, everything seems to works fine. I just wanted to confirm that I correctly installed my RTC module + battery.
