LCD brightness light very low [RESOLVED]

Hello to community,

Do you know if LCD need to be configure in arduino code ?
My LCD screen shows menu text but with very low light brightness.

Diode "D1" are not lighting, on my Screen MKS MINI12864 v3.0

Is it normal ?

I found the error !
I used vias of 470uF capacitor to solder 3V LED COB wire (50cm, consumption 2,88W).
When I unpopulated it, all work's back again.
