netapp-harvest

Dockrize the netapp harvest application.

First get netapp's software and put it in the assets/ directory. Relevant packages are netapp-harvest-${NETAPP_HARVEST_VERSION}.noarch.rpm and netapp-manageability-sdk-${NM_SDK_VERSION}.zip.
