Hi! Thank you very much for making this dataset publicly available!
I am not familiar with microscope images and I am new in dealing with cell segmentations. I am probably misinterpreting the data but I realized that in some images the cell segmentations are not unique. I expected 1 single contour for each object but for example in this one (id: 150117, file_name: 'A172_Phase_B7_2_00d08h00m_3') it seems that some cells have multiple/overlapping contours:
Is it possible? I found in your paper the mention to some images with duplicate annotations, but this one (and others with the same problem) do not seem to be among those.
Am I the only one facing this problem or did someone else notice this?
