Support for SauceConnect v5

Expected Behavior

It seems that Sauce Labs TeamCity Plugin does not Natively support SauceConnect V5 yet.
Could you update the plugin to support SauceConnect V5.

Actual Behavior

SauceConnect v4.9.2 is reaching End of life as per the below link : https://docs.saucelabs.com/secure-connections/sauce-connect/lifecycle/

Our Teamcity Jobs heavily depend Sauce Labs TeamCity Plugin for Launching snaptests and we would expect the plugin to have the capability SauceConnect v5+, So that we can migrate our jobs before SauceConnectv4 EOL.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. We tried the latest version of Plugin but the SaueLabs supports only v4.9.2
2. latest version available for win32 : https://saucelabs.com/versions.json
