Escaping out of a block doesn't parse for links #78

It took me a minute to realize that this was not a bug, but rather a missing feature that I expected to exist. When I type out a block and don't anticipate writing another at the moment, I often end the block by hitting esc instead of enter. When I do this, the plugin does not do the auto-parsing, yet this is the behavior I was expecting.

Not sure if this is only an issue for me, or if others are in the same boat as me, but I thought I'd just document it.

I do expect it also, it makes special sense when using a vim plugin.
