feat: extract button styles to mixin

Part of #1902

We should extract the button styles to mixins. The mixins should be divided into meaningful submixins and placed into buttons.scss. Ideally, the "main" button mixin combined with a variant can be consumed and added to a native . Potentially requires little refactoring of current code, but main concepts should probably not be touched.
