Check workingDir for writing #67

Hello!
If don't check the workingDir parameter of the JodConverterBean class for writing, then when the soffice process starts, an error with code 77 (Permission denied).
The problem occurs in Ubuntu, Java API

You are totally right. I'll add a step in the validation process for this.
