Expected behaviour

• https://sbt-native-packager.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ should contain documentation built from the latest commit on master (currently ff3682a)
• https://sbt-native-packager.readthedocs.io/en/stable/ should contain the documentation for the latest release tag (currently v1.3.22)
• https://sbt-native-packager.readthedocs.io/en/v1.3.22/ should contain the documentation for the release v1.3.22
• https://readthedocs.org/projects/sbt-native-packager/builds/ should show recent builds

Actual behaviour

• https://sbt-native-packager.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ contains documentation built from commit 445759e (Dec 13, 2018)
• https://sbt-native-packager.readthedocs.io/en/stable/ contains documentation build from commit b8b9f2d (the commit tagged v1.3.18)
• https://sbt-native-packager.readthedocs.io/en/v1.3.22/ returns a 404
• https://readthedocs.org/projects/sbt-native-packager/builds/ shows no activity since Feb. 19, 2019 (when v1.3.18 was released)

Read the docs is rather slow in building the documentation. The latest documentation is always available on via gh pages (https://www.scala-sbt.org/sbt-native-packager/) though
