clean takes 12sec #220

Hi. It's really weird. Since adding this plugin, clean takes 12sec. Consecutive cleans don't affect the time. I'm running on Arch Linux, SSD, i7-3770.

I made a mistake.
After wiping and re-checking out my project, this has disappeared... poof!

Note: If the OS is holding on to a file in some odd way, we may be blocking trying to delete it. You may have inadvertently released the hold on that file and the block left.

Deleting is a "fun" issue in sbt. OSes have these odd notions for what's acceptable for deleting on filesystems, whcih is why most of 'em just mv into Trash rather than actually delete.
