Description :

We are currently using hardhat-deploy for deploying and managing the deployments of contracts.

Hardhat Ignition is maintained and created by HH team and it does the same job nicely, So let's try to migrate to Hardhat Ignition and see if we can completely replace hardhat-deploy.

It might also help us in the future when migrating from ethers to viem (#567)

cc @rin-st I think he is already working on it ?

Hey, @technophile-04 , no, I don't work on it for now. I thought to wait until it starts to support viem. But probably it's a good first step to use current version and migrate it to viem later. Currently I don't have time so if you or someone want to work on it feel free to take!

Yup 💯

Thanks Rinat, I am planning to tinker around with it and will create a PR soon 🙌

Closing this for now, as we are more of planning to have foundry as default but we can reopen if we change our mind
