Can we make sure the MAINTENANCE.md is up to date?

I thought of this recently since in the last advisory board meeting @romanowski mentioned that some of the people mentioned on this document are no longer working on the compiler. I also saw reference to this doc in the spree invite on the Scala Discord:

If we are advertising this we need to make sure it's kept up to date. If we decide we don't want that level of granularity that's fine, we should then remove it. Although I do think it's nice to have as it also helps to identify areas of the compiler that are not being actively maintained.

@mbovel since you've taken over the sprees, maybe this is something that might interest you. Do you think this is something worth tackling or brining up at the next Dotty meeting?
