Automatically add a * when new line is entered in Scaladocs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently after you add in scaladocs, (for example with the completion or manually), and then you hit a new line, depending on the client you're using, you may not automatically get a * where you'd expect it.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to enter a new line and via onTypeFormatting get a * inserted.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using vs code which automatically does this or manually doing it.
