Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Research assessment in Serbia is based on journal impact factors, therefore it is necessary to preserve that in the TeslaRIS database.

Describe the solution you'd like
Impact factors should be import by using https://developer.clarivate.com/apis/wos-journal

Describe alternatives you've considered
The alternative is to migrate that from CRIS UNS, but we should avoid it.
