Journals articles can be automatically assessed based on journal classifications (based on journal impact factors or belongings to a certain list).

Describe the solution you'd like
This code should be reimplemented for Web of Science journals - https://github.com/chenejac/cris/blob/master/src/rs/ac/uns/ftn/informatika/bibliography/evaluation/commisions/CommissionWoSSimple.java
