The process of preparation for promotion to higher position (assistant professor, associate professor, full professor) is time-prone and error-prone. It should be generated from the TeslaRIS database.

The implementation in the CRIS UNS system is available at https://www.cris.uns.ac.rs/apvRegisteredResearchers.jsf?institution=(BISIS)5929, select a researcher page by clicking on document image in the last column and select the button above the table in the researcher page. However, it is using the old template for promotion at University of Novi Sad. The new one, implemented by using PDF active forms is available at https://www.uns.ac.rs/index.php/univerzitet/javnost-rada/dokumenti/aktiuns/send/45-izbor-u-zvanje/261-obrazac-izbor-u-zvanje.
