It is missing files for modern open source development workflow:
Such files include:

  • Issue Template

  • Pull Request Template

Furthermore doesn't have any tests for test driven development

Lack of setup instructions makes it very hard to set it up. Furthermore, very little information about OpenPub - what does it do, how does it work etc.?
