[Feature request] Push Notifications for people that didn’t request the media but want to be notified.

Description

When you request media you get a notification when it becomes available.

However, if someone else has previously requested the media there should be a “get notified” button or similar so additional users can also choose to get notified when that media becomes available, not just the user who requested it.

Desired Behavior

To implement this I would change the “request” button for a “get notified” button as opposed to simply removing the “request” button as seen in the attached screenshots.
