Just came here to report the same thing.

This has been getting progressively worse over time. In the past, the occasional Spanish or German title would slip through, now more than half of all recommendations are in every language you can imagine.
I see every Asian language, every European language, every Central and South American language, and I'm sure every African language is soon to follow.
Please fix this, it's getting ridiculous. Thanks!
