Leiden clustering yielding too many clusters #286
Comments
We are still investigating this issue. We still don't have a reproducer to find the course |
This should hopefully be resolved in the RAPIDS cuGraph v24.12 nightlies, if you'd like to install one of the nightly packages and test. |
Hello, could you please advice on how to install the RAPIDS cuGraph v24.12 nightlies? I would be happy to install and test if the leiden overclustering gets resolved this way : ) Thanks! |
The stable RAPIDS 24.12 came out earlier this month and it looks like this project's installation instructions have been updated to use it. If you still run into this issue in that environment (with cuGraph 24.12), could you please file an issue on https://github.com/rapidsai/cugraph ? |
Hello, I was lost in the "too many leiden clusters" threads and didn't realize that the new rapids single cell version wass out. This resolved my issue! Thanks a lot, |
I saw this was previously noted but leiden clustering using rsc.tl.leiden still yields too many clusters using rapids 24.08. Is there a better solution than downgrading to 23.04?
