Improve UX for node info

Installation details
Panel Name: Nodes (table)
Dashboard Name: Cluster View
Scylla-Monitoring Version: (can be found at the buttom of the overview dashboard)

Few questions and comments:

• Not clear the CQL and OS are links. Better add an external link icon for each, or underline
• The column with the Repair is like a union of different items, which is confusing, and require to define which info override the other.
• Using color background should be kept for immediate action info (not the case for repair, there is no action to take)
