Here's how it looks:

two issues here:

it should not be %-s, but a plain number, as it's naturally a ratio, not fraction
it's value is expected to be around 1.0 most of the time, going up/down not more than by 0.1, however spikes up are more interesting. Said that, it makes sense to set its min/max to be 0.9-1.5, not 0%-100% as it is now
