Can you clarify the meaning of ',' separator for c parameter, in develop branch (3.0/data.md) spec:

• c[FREQ]=A,B seems to mean, where FREQ=A or FREQ=B (in clause)
• whereas c[TIME_PERIOD]=ge:2020-01,le:2020-12 means TIME_PERIOD >= 2020-01 and TIME_PERIOD <= 2020-12

Same separator, 2 meanings depending on operators ?

Dear @eric-basley , thanks a lot for highlighting this.
We acknowledge there are some contradicting parts in the data section, and we are already working on fixing them via the SDMX TWG TF4 team (responsible for the rest API).
Please note that issue #149 will also be considered in the above exercise.

The issue has been fixed in the sdmx30-review-1 branch, which will be merged with the rest at the end of the public review process.
