I noticed that for some strange reason sqlite database at https://s3.amazonaws.com/starbuck1/sradb/SRAmetadb.sqlite.gz is two times smaller than the one I downloaded a year and a half ago. I also noticed that the main version ( https://s3.amazonaws.com/starbuck1/sradb/SRAmetadb.sqlite.gz ) is smaller than the backup ( https://gbnci-abcc.ncifcrf.gov/backup/SRAmetadb.sqlite.gz ) version. Could you explain what is wrong? Where is the latest ( of 2020 year ) sradb sqlite version?

I have the same issue, some experimental entries (the newest one) are missing from both the sqlite database versions downloaded from https://s3.amazonaws.com/starbuck1/sradb/SRAmetadb.sqlite.gz and https://s3.amazonaws.com/starbuck1/sradb/SRAmetadb.sqlite.gz
Sorry, something went wrong.
