Printing and CAPO

Changing the print settings in the Print Setup does not seem to take effect.
I cannot get the CAPO chords to print on their own. The normal chords always print as well.

In the Song Edit - Advanced if I check the Capo Print, it will then show both normal and capo chords on the chord sheet.
Under Print Settings - layout the options Print chords; Print capo chords, or Hide regular chords do not have any effect on the layout.
