Graphql look very promising as a proxy to elasticsearch #9

I was having a look at graphql as proxy for elasticsearch and it looks very good.
this project for instance: https://github.com/nodkz/graphql-compose-elasticsearch

Do you think the same approach could be use with searchkit?
