Related to the plan to allow entities to be managed by third parties for a fee, we can go ahead and add a little bit of extra content specific to the entity when a group is created.

RSS feed of latest team news (sidebar widget)
Change primary/secondary color for interface when a group selects the entity
Arbitrary content areas in interface

Other elements may be introduced as part of an overall UI redesign (such as a header image, etc.)
