Add description to option items in Toggle Selector component

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now, toggle selector component does not have the option to add descriptions to each option item.

Describe the solution you'd like
We would like to be able to put a description for each option item in the toggle selector component.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Tooltips, but adding description that is constantly visible on the screen would provide better UX experience in our case.
