this is not a complaint, but rather a curious question :D
it's not in the source HTML file, but it is in the HTML file open in my browser..
actually, looking at it, there's a few more things present in my browser that are not originally in your source HTML file.. i'm wondering if there's a way to prevent those..
the extension in question is https://github.com/tridactyl/tridactyl/ and browser is Firefox 84.0 (64-bit) running on Arch Linux.. but I recon it would be the same for any extension that makes visual appearance on the browser page..

I'd say it still counts as a quine because if you were yo type the whole text in an html file and open it, it would show the same thing because the extension would add itself to that page too
Could maybe prevent it with some javascript searching for and removing extension elements
