support for lua based rules

Would be cool if a user could provide lua scripts along with a job. If a lua script is uploaded with a job, automatic modification of the config to enable lua scripts and set the 'scripts:' appropriately to a tmp file in the tmp job direct of the agent would be handy as well.

this might get tricky as the rule name references the script file, so renaming of the scripts might not be possible.

validation that a rule leveraging the lua script provided would be a nice feature to include too.
