Separators between entries

Hi, thanks for your app it's very useful.

This is just a suggestion but UI-wise the app could really use separators between the entries because I can never remember if the token comes above or below the name (especially when scrolled down and not having the reference of the first entry).

This could perhaps be an option in the settings since I can imagine others not wanting to stray from the default Sailfish theme.

(And yes, I'm aware of "Hide and show token on tap" but I prefer to have them visible when the app opens.)
