Selector for importing/exporting files

As of now when importing and exporting your tokens to/from a file you have to type the path. (ie /home/nemo/file)

Give the ability to select the path with a GUI instead of typing the path.

Also instead of having them on a common option in the pulley menu its better to have two separate entries. Its kind of cumbersome to have to go to export>then select import from the pulley there and then import a file.
