Automated Provisioning

For this release I used https://github.com/seizadi/atlas-template to automate the provisioning of the remaining 9 services, now I will customize them based on the data model defined in ./model

Manual Provisioning

This release is to benchmark the point where I stopped manually adding resources and create template for
