您好，我下载的是2018数据集，每个城镇文件夹下都有一个labels文件夹，里面是好多图片对应的txt文件，打开是很多不知道如何使用的数，请问这个文件夹是做什么用的？又如何使用它？我在PASCEL VOC格式里没有找到说明
