How to block a request by URL and insert your HTML into the body of this request

I did it easily using "wire=True" scheme,

request.create_response(
status_code=200,
headers={'Content-Type': 'text/html'},
body=html_content
)

but I have trouble with "sb.activate_cdp_mode" mode
