Currently, using the default DokuWiki template, if there is a <WRAP right> at or near the top of the page, the TOC will shove it to the left and typically squash content into a misshapen mess.
Is there some CSS trick that would force the <WRAP right> to appear beneath the table of contents, being forced down instead of to the left?

You could use a <WRAP clear /> but that will also create a gap between the copy on the left at the position where the right wrap is.
If you wanted to fix that as well you could only do that by changing how the TOC is styled, i.e. it shouldn't float right.
I don't think there is any other solution.
