No save button for sample information dependent on Manage Sample Form Fields

Description

In 'manage-sample-fields' the save button requires at least one field in 'Standard fields' to render the 'save' button for the sample information.

Reproduction guide

Only add fields to 'Prominent fields' in 'manage-sample-fields' and the 'save' button will not render for the sample information.

Observed behavior

as above

Expected behavior

The 'save' button should render when only 'Prominent fields' are included.
