Add a footer to the _layout/project_page in english and german to show the appropriate license for our projects

Hallo zusammen, wir würden bei den senseBox-Projekten (https://sensebox.de/de/projects) gerne eine CC-Lizenz ergänzen, damit diese (nicht-kommerziell) weiter verwendet und bearbeitet werden können. Also wenn nichts dagegen spricht, bitte die CC BY NC SA EU Lizenz auf den Projektseiten einfügen. Grafik lässt sich hier downloaden: https://creativecommons.org/mission/downloads/ Danke!
