skyline is no longer actively maintained. Should we keep this plugin around?

Let's minimally update the description and tag it as deprecated. I'd say after something like 30 days of no one using it we should kill it.

assuming we deprecate it, please update: sensu-plugins/community#27 since otherwise we will need to do testing there.

I added deprecation notices and will aim to kill it in a month if noone speaks up.
