When you are planning to add support for Windows?

Hello,
Right now its not so much a plan as a desire.

I'd absolutely love to be able to provide Windows support, and I'm looking for a user willing to help collaborate on making that possible. We'd need to change our build tooling as it currently relies on using Docker containers as the build environments for specific linux distributions.

I'd love to work with someone on a github actions workflow to build this for a Windows target.
