Description of the bug

In Platform CLI versions >0.9.2, the Nextflow log file is included in the archive generated by tw runs dump. However, users pulling archives for runs in the community/showcase using the test profile will experience test failures because these runs have been deleted from the work directory bucket. While we could prevent the issue by not upgrading the tw CLI version, users running the CLI locally will still encounter this problem.

Command used and terminal output

tw runs dump -id 4Bi5xBK6E2Nbhj -w community/showcase -o test-community.tar.gz
