Broken watch URL #467

When re-launch a workflow run the watch URL is broken.

For example

» ./build/native/nativeCompile/tw runs relaunch --id 4Rtd387ovbmOBs --launch-container public.cr.seqera.io/nextflow/nextflow:24.09.0-edge -w seqeralabs/showcase

  Workflow 4lhuM17mQRSb4z submitted at [seqeralabs / showcase] workspace.

    https://cloud.seqera.io/orgs/seqeralabs/workspaces/showcase/watch/4lhuM17mQRSb4z/watch/4lhuM17mQRSb4z

Note the repetition of watch/4lhuM17mQRSb4z in the URL
