How can I load .dca files, store them, and play them?

I have a bunch of .dca files generated via: https://github.com/bwmarrin/dca

This is how I'm currently trying to load them:

let memory: Memory = Memory::new(File::new("../short-audio.dca").into()).await.expect(
    format!("failed to load sound file into Memory: {:?}", file.path()).as_str(),
);
let _ = memory.raw.spawn_loader();

And how I'm playing them:

let input: Input = memory.new_handle().into();
let _track_handle: TrackHandle = handler_lock.play_input(input);

It loads successfully. However, when my bot connects to a Voice Channel, no sound plays.
