Placeables should be inactive in read-only editor

#458 uncovered a cosmetic issue where placeables can still be clicked when the editor is in read-only mode. While it doesn't affect the actual data, it makes sense ignore clicks on placeables in read-only mode (and prevent cursor to be changed to hand on hover).
