Detect "weird" titres

A useful feature to add:

Among individual trajectories, detect suspicious data points by looking for those where titre values decline after exposure (if using a relative time series), or after initial bleed (if using absolute dates).

Think we decided this wouldn't be possible without introducing some bias right? Happy to remove
