Keyword starting with + is not giving results

When we search through few keywords which starts with +, then results are not coming. getNaturalResults() is not returning results.
You can try with the below sample keywords
(1) +eczema +skin +cream
(2) +eczema +baby +cream

FYI : +narendra +modi is working
